LOCATION:  This property is located on the Shasta and Lassen County line, near the town of McArthur, CA and approximately 70 miles northeast of the city of Redding.  Generally located at the eastern corner of Fall River Valley nestled next to Day Bench. 

ACREAGE:  Total acreage is approximately 1,402 acres deeded.
