Shasta Land Services, Inc. was established in 1987 by Bill Wright as a full service firm offering real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal, real estate management and mortgage brokerage, specializing in agricultural properties. Additionally, the firm offers representation of buyers on an exclusive basis utilizing our background and experience to locate properties that will meet the client's particular criteria.

Past clients include North Valley Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Tehama Bank, Farmers Home Administration, Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, The Pacific Bank, the Wildlife Conservation Board, Sierra Nevada Farm Credit, as well as law and accountancy firms and numerous private individuals.

We also offer management and consulting services to assist clients in making well informed decisions to maximize both long and short term operational goals, and in executing those decisions. Currently, we provide management and consulting services on more than 40,000 acres in Northern California and Southern Oregon.

Shasta Land Services, Inc. also represents clients' interest in securing long-term real estate funding through both Farm Credit and Life Insurance companies, as well as operating and livestock purchase funds through various lenders.

Shasta Land Services, Inc. has represented many clients in securing conservation easements, including WRP for their ranches.  This specialized field is practiced by only a few firms in Northern California, our track record in this field is excellent.
